Do you think that the Russians are "fighting with one hand tied behind their back" in Ukraine?

Many tankies think that Russia has been holding back during the war because on paper the Russian military seems vastly superior to that of Ukraine. However, one does not fight a war on a piece of paper and it seems that corruption and logistical mismanagement has gonked up the cogs of the Kremlin war machine. Sure Russia might have a lot more tanks and airplanes than they are currently deploying but without fuel or spare parts they won't do you any good. In most cases said tanks would just end up as target practice for the enemy but because Ukrainians already know how to use soviet made equipment, they'll get captured and used against you.

Just like Americans yes they are. BUT just like Americans our soldiers commit war crimes. All that in mind something is very off about everything and I do mean everything! Young officers that don't know what they are doing. There are many Generals in Russia that got rank by kissing Putin's ass , not because they are good at what they do.
