Unfortunately the plan to send them fighter jets fell flat. While the US and EU have been giving them weapons, I think Japan could step up to the plate and send them a bunch of their newest model Toyota Tacomas and Tundras. The idea: mount US & EU supplied heavy weapons on them to turn them into "technicals" (improvised combat vehicles). This may sound farfetched but it worked back in 1987 during the Toyota War (Libya versus Chad).
And to make sure the Russians aren't prepared, say the vehicles are going in to help with "evacuation logistics".

Maybe the US could stop building bio weapons labs, laundering foreign aid money through Ukraine, and playing all kinds of games trying to set them up as a puppet state, which ultimately baited Putin into attacking them in the first place.
But it's too late for that, so now we should drop all our politicians who want open conflict, and their families into their playground with muzzle loaders and let them clean up their mess, using the kind of equipment they deem acceptable for others to handle life and death situations with.
Australia has got pretty involved. Our government donated over $100 million in food, aid and lethal weapons to fight back. Which I support. Ukrainians don't deserve this and I saw footage from some of the destruction the other night and just cried. Our Aussie prime minister does kind of need to shut up and stop poking the bear that is Putin tho. Giving me anxiety.

I know we risk a world war 3 if we get involved but we’re already involved because we’ve provided them weapons, so a no fly zone would be great. what’s the point of being part of NATO if this is how we go about things?
For the Ukrainian people probably best to stop supplying arms and seek to deescalate the war, stop the dying and destruction of Ukraine. Russia might occupy for a time but eventually leave. Technicals would be a good idea though the price of oil might be a factor. Armed with twin or quadruple 50 cals, m60s, mini guns Carl-Gustaf recoilless rifle, M230 Chain Gun, javelin anti rifles and so on. The US army has fields of humvees in reserve that are never going to be used again. Even some US trucks can be outfitted as gun trucks like in Vietnam. The US has so much surplus equipment just sitting there that will never be used that they could easily arm any European statecraft needs it completely.
I think it is pretty obvious we are going to get involved. Putin will not back down. And he will resort to carpet bombing the whole country, while lying about it at the same time.
I think there is even the possibility he might resort to nuclear weapons. He really believes he can break the will of Ukrainian people.
So we may be looking at the Human Race's goodbye song.
"Discharge" soldiers who support Ukraine, making them civilians. Then you send them over en masse. Then when Americans get killed, the USA can come over with the excuse of "protecting their citizens abroad and keeping the peace". And if Russia kills American active duty soldiers protecting people, that gives them excuse to fight back.

The West has fucked up every war it has tried to "deescalate". From Yugoslavia to Africa and the Middle East. Nowhere can the West claim it made things "better" after it got involved.
Just give then anything they want because they are kicking ass it's too bad some of the Russian pilots don't defect and give them their jets and helicopters
