Why are a lot of conservatives so hypocritical, think everything is minority responsibility and there the problem but majority groups are innocent?

Here what I mean.

Minority Group - Blacks, Gays, Autistics - Whiny special interest group, the PROBLEM, doesn't take personal responsibility, anytime they have a problem or the ingroup faces oppression, its on them. The Police, White People, Christians, Neurotypicals, Straight People have no obligation to show compassion, that is just a gift for these naughty little troublemakers

Christians, White People, Conservatives - Groups that are currently victimized, never get a chance to say anything for there beliefs or views or opinions (when in reality you can you just choose not to because you fear the consequence)

In my view, both can be victimzed, both have personal responsiblity, both get oppressed, but the majority group is the majority so they affect society more so they have a responsibility to not negatively influence the minority group.
Victimization and people being bad are two different things, it is psychotic to compare or lump them together.

Both can BE a PROBLEM, an you can't make one group responsible for ALL of societys problems, or one specific topic of a problem, like racial issues or whatever, and say that there's no white people that caused the issue to

Compassion is one thing; favoritism is another. As you yourself demonstrate: why is it on THEM to not negatively influence you, simply because there are more of them? Do you have no reciprocal obligation? Do you not understand that demanding accommodations is an imposition in itself? A minor one, usually, and mostly one that people, conservative or otherwise, are happy to provide- but decades of people screaming "oppression!" whenever the deck isn't stacked in their favor have blunted most people's generosity.

You missed the WHOLE point of my question and pushed on a dumb point. No im not saying black people are not held accountable for there actions, im saying its wrong to hold the entire black community responsible for there problems and saying racism has no effect and to deny and shift that and paint the minority of troublemaker as the whole group, when its more complicated than you would think, and no Im not saying its white peoples responsibility to influence every single black person but we do need to stop being degenerate ourselves.
