Of these two crimes, which is worse? Explain?

It’s hard to pick because both are really horrible. A lot of the time you find that these crimes are done together almost. If you've ever seen forensic files you find that a lot of female murder victims were raped. Which one is worse honestly depends on the situation in my opinion.

For example, if someone murders someone that has been abusing them for years that's bad, yet somewhat justifiable. If some stranger rapes some other innocent stranger that is so clearly not justifiable. In these instances, the raping is worse.

Murder , since you are still alive. Rape is one act and she probably has been with 50 guys already. Not to mention the women that claim rape for revenge.

Rape. If you're murdered, you're problems are over. If you're raped and survive, your problems are life long and debilitating.

Neither has happened to me. Philosophically you could say rape as the victim has to live with it.
