What are your thoughts on Hustle culture/ overwork culture?

I wasn't even a true workaholic but I had very bad habits when it comes to sleeping and eating so, although I was late 20's... my digestive system was that of a 50 year old in the brink of developing all kinds of organ failures lmao...

even when I was fairly active and into sports, the amounts and levels of stress will really strain your organisms and the worst of it is that the body starts to adjust to that punishment and will pretty much was itself to sustain those bad cycles and that won't last long...

best to take care of oneself and be way smarter about these things...

overachieving success will not mean that much when you just can't sleep well at nights

Mixed. While I certainly do value my personal time, there are no free rides in life and I have no desire to live in poverty. Sometimes we need to put our down and bust our ass to put ourselves ahead, nothing wrong with working towards a goal.
But as a lifestyle it’s not sustainable for most of us. Coming out of highschool I knew a lot of guys that went to the oil patch to do 4 or 5 years, get their journeyman’s tickets, make a ton of money then come home and settle down.
