With the world in its current state do you think those who wish to have kids should prove in some way that they can raise proper humans? Without having unlimited kids living off the system, even sending kids to foster homes etc...

The only proof I need is the biological drive to say so AND a Creator, God that says, “Be fruitful and multiply.” I certainly don’t need the Child Nazi Commission determining whether I may or may not have children.
