What is with this current trend of refusing to tackle actual arguments?

I've noticed it getting worse and worse. Especially on Facebook. No one wants to hold an intelligent debate anymore. They want to destroy. Mercilessly. If that means not getting the facts straight first, so be it, so long as they get the metaphorical taste of blood!

Feminists are probably some of the most extreme offenders. They push an extreme new societal measure, claiming it will cut down on rapes. So I ask:

- What of female rapists and predators? Will your advocacy stop them too?

- What is your proof any actual rapists will be deterred by this measure, versus innocents whose privacy was violated, whom you're going to piss off?

- If that measure is implemented, how will you ensure it isn't applied out of context, to transform society into a Chinese social credit system, where simply supporting the "wrong" party or having the "wrong" view on literally any popular issue (i. e., not supporting the current thing), leads to persecution? (IE, pointing out evidence that Fauci is a Nazi war criminal, even in places where the locals still hang on his every word.)

Long story short: how do you avoid hypocrisy, and avoid the slippery slope?

Not one woman on that thread could answer these questions. Instead, in unison, they ganged up on me, called me a "bully" even as they bullied me; called me "pro-rape," even as they advocated for mandatory sterilization against my will; told me I have no right to breathe, with their every breath, and then finally deleted the entire thread when I stood my ground and called them out for lying!

They also branded me "too stupid to exist," even after admitting that they knew nothing about my example, but were going to comment on my character for offering it regardless!

To put it bluntly, we used to abide by the rules of Graham's Pyramid of Argument. Then, woketards took over.

The lowest level used to be name-calling. They're beyond that now. Absurdity, slander, hostility, hypocrisy, bigotry, and WTF-ery are the new normal.
