Meaning, people with curious minds and interesting lifestyles can always find the extraordinary in the mundane, while boring people tend to have ADD and are only intrigued by the latest Fast and Furious or MCU movie, like dangling keys in front of a cat or baby.

I said this is in another question regarding women and online dating and why being rude to them is more successful than being Mr. Milquetoast (if you wanna go that route), but do you believe it's true or not?

I think you´re right on that it´s something I experience on a daily life basis.
Because at least in my experience the "interesting" are oftentimes also extroverts that communicate their interests to others while the introverts are more often seen as boring because they have a harder time communicating their interests what makes other people having a harder time to get to know them.
Also seemingly "boring" people have a harder time dating because they are often over-looked because nobody wants to be in a relationship with a boring person.

I went with false but maybe I'm one of those boring people (although I can't stand films like Fast and the Furious, but I do love films like Top Gun and Robocop and Bloodsport)!

I find even people who might not be reputable as being academically smart like athletes so interesting, and I think they are smart in their own way in how rapidly they can develop their skills in their sport.

Almost all people seem interesting to me when we get to know them closely. Perhaps as a result of traveling all over the place growing up, I've learned to click with a wide variety... both jocks and nerds -- for example -- along with artists, musicians, historians, writers, stoners, cosmeticians (who seemed a bit like bimbos until I realized there's a very artistic side to what they do which is grounded in a deeper understanding of facial anatomy than most types of visual artists), and so forth.

I've even managed to befriend gangsters and ex-Yakuza. I find them all so interesting.

I'm going to go with false as I personally feel I don't have a particularly interesting lifestyle, but if there's a subject I'm interested in I want to delve into it deeply and understand various different facets of it or the history behind it.

By the token of the second paragraph though, I don't think I could bring myself to be rude or insulting to someone (without provocation at least), so that's probably one of the reasons I suck at dating.

well generally "boring" people are considered people with very old-fashioned interests or completely without interests, so in that case it would be hard to hit the right spot for those people.

I completely disagree that "boring people tend to have ADD". I think boring people are exactly the opposite of ADD.
