Is this kind of stuff legal? Rent/lease help?

So basically my Lease is ending and they told me in an email it would 745 to rent month to month only to send a paper changing it to 920, they also didn't give me the full thirty day notice, what can I do? I'm very worried and stressed out and I'm at a loss.

Don't rent an apartment then. Sane people would either live in the woods, buy some land or a house or leave this stupid country than pay that much money to live in a crappy apartment.

It's all going to collapse from global warming, sea level rise.

Check your state and county for renters rights. That sounds shady.

It said kansas doesn't give a shit about this kind of crap and that I need to get a full thirty day notice, it doesn't give me any help or direction on where to go with this or what I can do about it :(
