Is it Right to support regulations then go to another country to enjoy freedom from those regulations while poor people are forced to stay and comply?

I have been meeting a lot of well off people That love Regulations for everybody in Australia like making the bar shut a 11pm. then they like to go to other Countries and order drinks all through the night all the way to lunch time the next day. or were they have the freedom to drive a dune buggy down a country road over there while they condemn anyone here doing such things here.
I'm seen as the one that has a problem with authority Because I have to stay here and live by the rules they set for me while the can afford to leave and have fun. I tell them they need to be forced to live by the rules that they want to impose on others. Are they Hypocrites?

No. Most politicians and wealthy people now are total beta males and were born into wealth. Basically trust fund babies.

That's why the world is getting chaotic right now because these people are running governments around the world and have no clue what they are doing.

This is why nepotism, monarchy, income inequality, aristocracy ultimately leads to revolution or societal collapse.
