Ignorance. The less you know about stuff the happier you are. People become miserable once they start noticing other people have a better lot in life. Take me for example, I'm pretty well off financially, do very little real work, live in an idyllic rural area a short hop to the beach get loads of sex and can eat a tonne of ice cream and not put on weight. You're probably even more miserable now, ignorance of that fact would have kept you happier.
Now stop watching the news, turn off face book etc and you'll get happy.

I agree with the ignorance part, but none of that stuff you listed bothers me at all, I dont care what you have or what you do.

The knowledge that causes me problems is the big picture illuminati type stuff.
