I'm one of those who believes some manner of racism is natural. Like, that's what the brain does. It tries to establish patterns based on what it sees, especially with people. If we act like it is just a deliberate social construct, we will start to hit a brick wall as we progress. We'll start thinking "we've removed everything that teaches racism. Why does it still crop up? WHO KEEPS RECREATING IT." No one is. Or rather, everyone is.

We have to acknowledge who we are as a species first, to understand our tendencies and motivations and how to make those work in the modern world. We are comparing ourselves to a standard of perfection that doesn't really exist, and then failing at it.

Like do I have racial biases? Absolutely, and I can list them specifically. Everyone does. And anyone who thinks they are unbiased is especially prone to bias, because they aren't checking themselves. The trick is to acknowledge the feeling first, then acknowledging "this is a bias", and then making sure you don't mistreat people based on that bias.

I guess your question might be "will there be an age where society as a whole just does this?" Doubtful. We might be able to get close enough that it is no longer consistently in one direction, and can work around it from there. But I doubt it would actually go away.
