Anyone else notice this?

The fact that customer service people know less and less about the company they work for. Go in with a simple question and nope nada "I don't know about that, you'll have to reach so and so" . And to top it off, they make it seem as if you're bothering them to get you that information for you. Need another department? You have to literally ask them well can I get transferred. You need another number within their company? Oh sir you can find that on our company page. Literally can't be bothered. More of a rant than a question.
Anyone else notice this?
