Moral question: Should a Robot that gains free will and the ability to think and feel emotions be given Human rights? Even if its not human?

Yes a Robot that can feel/think should be given rights
No Its just a Machine with no soul or life that is emulating emotion and cannot be given Human rights

I personally believe they should, But their are tons of people who do say no.
