Why is fake news associated with liberals/the left-side of politics?

Because they have been repeatedly proven to censor video recordings of actual events and deny what really happened, especially when it concerns race and gender.

Both MSNBC and Telemundo have been filmed from a side view where they were giving scripts for people to read and remember what to say, along with signs for protesting, then they film and pretend it was the people's own ideas and actual complaints. Hannity caught them doing that too, but I have seen other live streaming videos from private people showing the same thing while observing how those news agencies operate.
Also, Project veritas has went undercover numerous times and posted multiple recordings of NBC, CNN, and ABC telling how they create false stories or edit actual events in order to portray Trump, White people, and police as bad and they hide/block video of the actual criminals when they attack people or murder people.
It happened a lot during those BLM riots that had lots of violence, theft, vandalism, arson, etc. and NBC, ABC, CNN, the Washington Post, and NY Times all kept trying to hide it and say it was peaceful when there were numerous murders on record, whole city blocks destroyed, stores looted, etc. all on video, including multiple police stations destroyed.
