i know my opinion but I want to know yours!

It might vary based on the individual. I'm already naturally inclined towards deep reflection and introspection so I find plenty enough time in the day to do it without devoting time to it.
If anything, I usually want a break from the introspection which is something I find when I'm deeply immersed in an activity or in a conversation with someone else.
I also don't necessarily find clarity through deep introspection. It's like trying to look at a distorted and blurry mirror reflection to try to figure out who we are, and I always start to work towards thoughts of finding everything absurd and pointless.
I find a greater sense of self-discovery tends to come about more through my interactions with other people and from working towards my goals than through attempts at self-reflection. Idle hands are the devil's playground in my case.
I did it for at least 20 years... to get closer to where I stand today, absolutely worth it, yes, and it was very much needed as well

No its good to know yourself before getting to know someone else. But i agree with one person offline who mentioned that you should be able to multitask and work on yourself while still pursuing someone else. You shouldn't have to sit everything aside until then
Absolutely not. I meditate morning and evening out here my anxiety but I also realize things about myself. Things I should change or do better at.
Same here
No, it’s healthy to be wrong and see how you can improve yourself
Hmm I would like to think that but it seems to be not interesting to people
I'd argue that those who think their opinions are "perfect" are the ones who have the greatest distance to go. Believing you are 100% right in any given situation, is theoretically impossible anyway.
I do a lot of it and i am starting to think its a pointless entertainment exercise for me.
And that what matters is my actions.
I mean to some extent obviously we need to realize whe we are wrong or doing bad but I know I can take self reflection to an extreme where I overanalyze stuff (subconsciously) just for entertainment.
No not at all it’s good to check in with yourself and see what you’re at and it’s a way to help you identify what you need to work on
No, take a look around you and you will see a severe lack of introspection.
I think it's important to be able to.
No! it is good to be introspective.
Under, if anything.
We don't do enough of it nowadays.
Nope
