Weird how everyone is saying almost exactly $10 million. I figure $10 million ain't anything in the 2020s. That's like how much a house in NYC or London would cost now, right?

Well my net worth is in the high 6 figures and I don't feel that's enough. Statistically I've read 1.2 million. But what is "f*** you" money? To me it's what John Goodman says in the movie "The Gambler". And he says that's 2.5 million.

Around $20 million. That does not mean just sit on the $20 million. Inflation will eat that money up. What I would do is get all my debts squared away, repair my credit, buy several properties to use as rental properties, pad up my emergency and vacation funds and buy a few good cars. All that would take about $5 million. I would invest $10 million. That would leave me $5 million to keep in reserve for whatever else I wanted/needed.

Maybe hundreds of millions to billions or so? I tend to think it's not just about how much money they currently have but how resourceful they are at making it regardless of their reputation.

The dollar is worth 20 times more than the peso. Although I didn't really put any thought into my previous comment, basic math says that $5,000 US dollars would be the equivalent of 100 grand in Mexico. I don't know if $100,000 is enough to "live like a King" to most people, but I'd say hahahmm's comment is fairly accurate.
