What would you do if a store employee screamed and yelled in your face spitting on you in the process?

It happened at walmart. this person goes there often and a worker there got irate with her for no good reason and yelled and spat at her face in the store.

what would you do about this?

I’d simply report it to the manager, and follow that up with a written letter to their corporate headquarters. This HAS happened to me, and I actually received a written apology an a $100.00 gift card. Guys if an employee is rude or verbally abusive to you don’t just be a Karen and pull your phone out and demand to speak with their manager. Just get their name, and go to the customer service desk. Note the exact time and location in the store where it happened, and follow that up with a letter to corporate HQ. Believe me they will be able to pull the video, and the’ll see for themselves exactly what happened. And if you act like a Karen, they’ll likely assume you were partially to blame. Just remain calm, and stay polite at all times. Hey, you might even get some money out of the company to compensate to for the harassment you endured.

I haven't heard of this, but I'm a little surprised someone found an employee in there to begin with. I'd probably calmly talk to them and and see what is going on. That is without knowing all the details, something obviously triggered the employee.

Talk to their manager and tell them "I'm calling corporate" (the corporate office). They hate that shit and will probably fire the employee. Maybe the worker had a terrible day and who knows if getting them fired will ruin their life, but that kind of behavior isn't something that should be tolerated. I don't know the other side of the story, but I would just forget about it. Getting somebody fired is a good way to make an enemy, and not a good idea if you live in a small town. Be careful who you engage, sometimes it's best to just let idiots and bad people fuck off into the sunset so you don't have to encounter them again. Revenge is a dirty business.

I'd walk away long before they spat. Should they follow or prevent me then I'd consider myself in danger and defend myself. Once the manager has wiped their blood off the floor I'd demand they called the police

I would probably make a complaint to the manager or just avoid that employee entirely. I may even stop going to the store altogether if I'm really uncomfortable.

Well everyone who knows my dad knows me too lol 😂 I'm his favorite daughter after all. He says about me to all. When I'm 16 I will get 10% ownership and when I'm 18 I will get 25% ownership. So pretty much most of the staffs know about this.
