Judge Roberts is really traditional in the historical mindset of the Supreme Court. They dont let cameras or footage at any capacity. So everything is tightly controlled. Only those Supreme Court house paintings are allowed in the hearings while in progress as a record doing there job.

I don't even think there's any legal ramifications in leaking but it is against tradition so they will try to reinforce after firing thst person.

I’m not sure what the big deal is anyway. I’m sure they want to fire the leaker but it’s information that was planned for release anyway. It’s nothing classified or top secret. The only concern I see is if the draft was obtained by hacking a Justice’s computer.
