What state/country? What type of job? Are you working full time? Are you in school? Are you living alone/paying rent? Are you living with parents?

Those are questions I need answered before even leaving my opinion, because without that, I will leave a very uneducated/biased opinion.

Some states in the US pay $13/hr as minimum wage, which is decent for a 21 year old. I think $13/hr isn’t a lot of you plan to live on your own while working full time. Rent is expensive nowadays.

Minimum wage is good for a 21 year old but where I live minimum wage is $16.00 an hour.

no, at that age you should be able to do better.
you will or have your independance, want or have a place of your own, a car/truck/motorcycle and that costs money.
on the surface it sounds like a good amount, but after taxes, social security, inflation, you won't have a lot to spend.
if you are living at home that is a plus, but at some point you will want to move out.

Not really, especially if you have a college degree, or some training in a trade of some sort, including computer support.

Most fast food places are already paying that or more to start and I live in OH.

Please... get some training, degree, and find a MUCH better paying job.

Everything is relative. What is the job? I can say I was making minimum wage at 21 lol. And now I have a net worth of almost a million. So, it's not where you start. It's where you finish. Just make sure you're always getting your worth. Never be loyal to an employer, only to your paycheck.

depends on location and hours. better than some. more of question is your path to make more because you can't live on that long term, you gotta build skills and respect. we all start somewhere...

It highly depends on the living price of food, gas, housing cost, and if your using a bike/walking or driving.

In the Midwest, you pay $1300-1400 for a one bedroom. So if you are staying with your parents, that's a lot of money. :D
