well whoever's gonna run for office 2024, i think Biden won't get another term. That i'm sure of. unless biden does the hitler thing and starts world war 3, using "emergency/ war defense" legislation to stay in office.
i mean even the most diehard leftists are realizing that Trump would probably have been better right now than Biden. which is not a high bar to be fair. because hate trump all you want. he was really good with foreign relations. he made for more peace in the world than obama did, who got the nobel price for that.

Trump encouraged this violence. This is his legacy, he's been encouraging it for a while e. g. With fraud claims without proof.
@Echosoul the fraud claims are not a new thing. That has been done before. And trump called for pretest. To"fight" für their preferred candidate. Not to storm the capitol and wreck the place.
Primaries are contests within a party, while elections are contests between opposing parties. They have a very different dynamic.
Having said that, a lot of people have realized that, while Trump is a blowhard, he also had the right policies for the country, and the left has abysmal policies, and even if they don't particularly like Trump's style or personal behavior, his policies and accomplishments (several huge peace treaties, no new wars, a path out of a 20 year war, and a massively improved economy) are more important.
The contrast between Trump's policies and the left's policies - and the consequences of each - couldn't be more obvious, and the country was better off in every important way under Trump. That's a huge problem for the left.
If the Dems nominate Biden again, they're toast (or so I hope). Harris is a damned bigot, but she's not as evil OR as senile, so I *guess* it'd be a step forward. Better to choose someone new; hopefully someone too young for Social Security.
I think in 2020, most of the candidates I voted for were Republicans, and that's probably a first, but I'd much prefer a situation where BOTH parties put forth good, solid options, and I can vote without holding my nose.

Wow, that other girls is completely clueless about what you're talking about, but she's 16. I predicted this would happen over a year ago. I don't think Trump will run, but he will be the one picking the Republican candidate for 2024. The dems are going to go nuts. But Trump has been invited back on Twitter, and he also has his own social media platform.
That only means they defeated other Republicans and all the voters were by definition Republican. That doesn’t predict how well they’re gonna do in the general election.
They will work hard to stuff harvested ballots. I am volunteering to monitor one box in my city for a shift every day once voting begins. I will photograph them, their cars and license tags.
