Darker Skin with darker hair, not Hispanic necessarily, but they are definitely Latin. Romans were the first true Latin's, and they were Italians, then they spread to modern day Spain, then France into Germany... then the Spanish came to the the New World and spread across South, Central American and Mexico. But Hispanics are really only 1/2 Latin and 1/2 Native American or mixed Latin and Native American. But still Latin.
Both pictures below of are Italians, because I am Italian and Italians are Latin, and even though you think I am just some white guy, and these are white people... Italians are the original Latin people of the Roman Empire. And people of the Roman Empire were from some mixture between Greek, Asia Minor (Turkey and the Middle East at large), and modern day Egypt, Tunisian, Spain, France and Germany.

I do get confused when people, mix up Hispanics and Latinos so this is my opinion for both normal I think of people from Mexico Cuba basically south of the boarder of the United States as Latinos and Hispanics.
I’ve met quite a few worked with a few Mexican Colombians Hondurans Venezuelans. I’ve met some I like I’ve met some that are complete assholes I like to look at people as individuals rather then as a collective. So I wouldn’t say all Latinos are jerks or all Latinos are great people I’d rather judge the people I’ve met or people I know who have done what I think are really good things. I like a reporter named Julio Rosas who wrote fiery but mostly peaceful the 2020 riots and the gas lighting of the American people. I like Ron DeSantis and Ted Cruz who are Cuban American. One of my good friends in college was a Mexican American we shared wildly different views on politics I’m a right leaning trump supporter and he’s a Bernie bro, he was a good guy even through i thought he was wrong when it came to politics. I think Columbia has some of the best looking women; same with Brazil Mexican women aren’t bad looking either. So for me I don’t judge on anyone based on their skin color or their heritage but who they are as individuals. I don’t mind legal Latino immigration I don’t like illegal immigration I don’t care where are you from Beard Mexico Colombia Venezuela England France Germany please come in the United States illegally if you’re escaping from a cameo station I get that that’s why I owe your support Cubans coming over here illegally because the Castro‘s won’t let them leave legally. Same with Venezuelans. Other then that please come in legally and we won’t get into the issue of illegal immigration.
Interesting seeing people's thoughts on it. I have latin heritage in half of my family and i resemble more of that side than my scandinavian side.

Latin just refers to someone who speaks a Latin language like Spanish, Portuguese or Italian. So Latins are very diverse. There are blond, pale skinned Spaniards, for example. Many have dark hair and Mediterranean skin. Many Latin speakers from the Americas are European mixed with Indigenous or former African slaves. For that matter, they might be pure Indigenous or of pure African lineage.
But when I think of Latins, I tend to picture Mediterranean features, not necessarily Mexican, Central American or Caribbean.A guy that lives in central italy and it has its ancestors from there:
