Technically none as it's a misnomer which alludes to a language, and not a diverse people.

But fuckwit Americans (who else?) coined the term to refer to all the people of Spanish\Portugal conquered territories around Cuba and in South America. Referring to them as "Latino" or "Latinx" and whatnot, Instead of by their native heritage.

Thus bastardising them as second class citizens with a tick box, in case they get confused for being White or Native.

By DEFINITION, it's anyone from any country that speaks a language derivative of Latin, i. e. the Romance languages. Those are French, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian and Romanian. And any derivatives of those languages. These are others too, but the list is too long to bother with. If the language of your country is NOT derivative of Latin, you are not Latin. Period. And no, English doesn't count. English is Germanic, not Romantic.
