Here in America, we often provide financial incentives to Mexicans in the form of maintaining our gardens and putting a new roof on our house. In return for the reduced labor prices, we agree that we won't say anything to Immigration officials about the 12 cousins and 4 grandmothers they live with outside of town. Do English speakers in Britain do the same? Do they get their Mexicans from Spain?

In America, we get our Mexicans from Biden and the democrats. He is working to get as many as possible to vote for him. In UK, they get muslims, arabs, pakistani’s. They are a lot more violent than the Mexicans in America. So technically Mexicans in America are a lot better. They bring plenty of drugs with them too instead of machetes and suicide explosives.

Historically we got our cheap labour from Eastern Europe. Then people started complaining they were taking their jobs and so we voted to leave the European Union. Unfortunately no one actually took the jobs once these people left and things turned to shit. Crops rotted in fields, no one would stack shelved or drive delivery trucks etc

I agree with you that most Mexicans would consider themselves a "culture". I disagree that one can objectively determine what makes for a "culture". You can only objectively assess what traits, traditions, etc. that cultures have in common.

An example would be the Hutu and Tutsi tribes in Africa. Objectively, the have much genetic commonality. They have many traditions and customs in common.

But they profess profound differences. And would never claim the same group identity.
