How do you think USA Citizens would treat a Ukrainian Refugee?

How would people in USA treat her and or woman with kids?
I wonder how they are doing in Romania and other countries.

Good question. Several human trafficking agencies in Europe tried smuggling in Somali pirates and terrorists under the guise of them being "Ukrainian refugees," and blackmailed government officials that they either accept it on blind faith, or be shown to be "racist."

Europe should've hanged those disgusting traffickers, but its balls were chopped off decades ago.

If someone recent showed up in the neigh claiming to be a Ukrainian refugee, I'd be skeptical, but try to keep an open mind. As with any new neighbor, I'd look out for any red flags. Unkempt lawn. Trash piling up. Shady cars and trucks. Impromptu parties. Signs of drugs being involved. Assimilation to local customs, or lack thereof.

Anyone with a brain should know that regardless their origin, if they're being fishy, there's trouble around the corner. If nothing fishy happens, they're probably fine.

I think it depends on a lot of factors. Like how many? Are they concentrated in just a few places?

More than anything it depends on the person. I think most Americans would be complacent unless the refugees were concentrated near them. It would not affect them and they would just go about their life.

On the other hand there would be a LOT of people who would go out of their way to help the refugees. Americans are well known for being helpful, especially when compared to Europeans. This is Europeans saying this, not me as an American. I've run into many Europeans who find it hard to believe how helpful Americans are.

On the other hand, there will be some assholes who will harass the refugees.

Like anywhere else, there are all kinds of people, who will react differently.

I'm pretty sure that Ukrainian refugees are welcomed in United States since they're white and European.

agree, I'd take some in... not because of color, but you see them on the news, their culture aligns with me... hard working, mostly decent people eeking out a life. but they aren't at last check they needed to have family here. I'd take in mexican or honduran as well. our country should be more accomodating. some people I know would take in Africans and almost exclusively focus on helping Africans.

This is a hard one to answer. Because most likely the person is not wearing a sign that says "I am a refugee". The United States is and incredibly compassionate country. But we're also an extremely competitive lot.
When I was younger I worked at a convenience store the area I worked at had a lot of refugees from the war in Bosnia. On the weekends they would all congregate at our convenience store as there were soccer fields nearby. I always equated it to their version of "beer league baseball"🤣. The language barrier was a problem sometimes. But I never really had a problem with them
