African-Americans hit each other out of jealousy, etc., and assault people. Then, they wonder why White Americans call the cops, or kill them for hitting people. They deserved it for hitting people all the time. If someone commits a crime, Black people would try to bring that person to justice. So, they need to be brought to justice too. If a guy hits a girl, Black people would had did something about it. So, they need to stop whining. Hitting people becomes abusive.

It's always wrong to hit people, though your question is wrong because in pretty sure other races are equally guilty to lift their hands and feet too to attack someone.
The only time it's ok to hit someone is if they've hit you first if you are able to beat the actual living shit out of the person.

Though the rest of your race blaming, should you kill someone who has hit you? no you do not have the right to take someone's life, call polis and have them cool down in a cell.

Well, they usually hits someone they don’t know, for no reason, losing on their team, and not sharing with them, etc. Also, some of Black people that hit me was Black girls.
