Based on what I have seen on here, and recent legal pushes, that is how it seems. They push for a fetal right to life, which it does not have, and strip away a womans bodily autnomy and her right to determine her own medical choices, which she does have. So taking away her rights, and in some places, only allowing it if she is about to die but doesn't include exceptions for rape or incest, proves that they care more about a fetus than they do about the woman and demonstrates a lack of care or empathy for her situation.

Who in their right mind claims to be empathetic or caring about the woman, and still expect her to carry a rape baby? No sane person would and any moral person would never force that to happen.

Not sure where you got an idea of supremacy from, but it isn't even born yet. It is only a lump of cells, and nothing more. Even the bible says one becomes alive when one draws first breath.
