I am sick of the major parties whining on silly stupid issues such as abortions or trans people while we have the worst Healthcare system among developed nations. Also, we do not have paid time off or maternity leave unlike other developed nations

A new Political party would make little difference, political parties are the result of political coalition of political interests.

A new political party only helps you under 2 presumptions:
1: existing political party leadership inhibits key ideas.
2: A political party's legacy brand is too toxic to use as a tool to build a new kind of collation.

1: Seems suspect in most states.
2: Is an obstacle however if Democrats can convince the African American population whom they enslaved to vote for them over the course of a few decades, branding isn't a big issue.

Rather the key issue is the underlining interest which motivate said votes and coalition.

So we really are just talking about bring together different interest together for particular objectives. This is basically a game of selling that agenda nationally right now to win over those interest groups. People have been doing that for 40+ years and what we have now is the resulting balance altered only by events.

I would recommend however you take a different tactic, to instead take advantage of the polarized environment and our Federal nature to enable you to build more localized collation united by localized interest to better restore the federal system and thus market of competitive accountability.

If you can get Washington out of theses issue all together States with more agreeable political coalitions take over completely and demonstrate ideal paths forward.

Once that is done other states would be abridge to follow or lose people and money to the more successful states. Modern information technology makes such campaigns more possible than ever before. Stop ignoring the most important innovative tool at our disposable. We Americans have the means to vote with more than just our ballots every 2 years.
