Has anyone else noticed this, what do you think the reason is?

I always notice the difference between the way men and women's feet are when they walk. When a man walks the vast majority of them walk with their feet pointing outwards, kind of penguin style. Women on the other hand seem to walk with their feet pointing forwards. I don't know if it's just me who notices this or not, next time you're out and about check and see what you think. 😊

LOL I think you are 100% right I think it has to do with where the guy has between his legs and what kind of underwear you wear LOL if it's in their secure and tight and the guy probably walks with his feet pointed forward but if it's just dangling he probably walks Penguin Style

Well I've never paid attention well yeah kinda I think I walk more on the sides of my feet I don't know I know I wear up shoes really quick within 6 months but I think I'll pay attention to today

I've noticed it as well, and I don't know if it has anything to do with being raised as a girl and being told to keep your legs together. Us guy sit with our knees wide apart

I always see it after I walked on snow, exactly as you said.
I don't wear any underwear and still after a leg workout pump when the muscles enlarge, they squeeze my balls very easily, I have to keep my legs far apart.

I don't think it's anatomically healthy but I do it, other guys I know do too. While I can't remember a girl this way.
