Is "no problem" more rude than welcome?

As a receptionist, I don't like to say "you're welcome", saying "no problem" sounds cooler to me. But would it be more amateur and rude? As a non native English speaker.

Not really. Some people can take it as personal because they’re used to you’re welcome. It’s really petty so just say you’re welcome to avoid the whole situation

I think on a casual basis "no problem" is fine, but on a professional basis it's probably not as good.
