If you conceive in a car should the insurance pay for the child's upbringing?

Her argument is the driver knew of his condition and didn't warn her therefore he's at fault and liable. I think she's got a point.

But I wonder, if you get pregnant in a car due to carelessness of the male owner should his insurance pay for the upbringing of the child or perhaps even the abortion?

I would have said rear ended you but everybody knows you can't get pregnant like that.

Not at all. Never heard of auto insurance covering sex acts and I would know since my dad has sold auto insurance my entire life.
