I think this girl likes me I'm not too sure, but I get the feeling just on how she acts around me.

But she called me corny yesterday after I did something. And then she did it again today.

She said, "Oh my god you're so corny!" with a smile. She's also said I'm cool, and has called me a dork.

Am I taking it too personally? I don't want to come off as some goofy guy who can't be romantic, but is corny something bad? I wish I could be "smooth" but maybe she likes my corniness or is that a bad thing?

alright. girl is a complicated language, so despite the fact I am one I have no complete understanding of it. I will attempt to translate for ya. in my vocabulary; dork = adorable, cool = dependable, corny = sweet. even if I'm wrong, you're acting the right way if whatever you do makes her smile. honestly I think corniness is an attractive trait ;)

Maybe she just doesn't know how to respond, so she says something simple like 'corny' or 'dork'. I used to do it all the time when I was just getting to know my ex boyfriend. Eventually a gal gets comfortable and will be able to ditch the short talk.

Corny doesn't necessarily mean bad. I think she's just kind of flirting with you from the way it looks.
