You’ve been working your a** off every week. Every paycheck there is a deduction that says 401k. This 401k is your retirement fund that comes with a 175 page explanation designed for you to never understand how it works. But you trust them with your money anyway to hold for your future. Let’s just say, for the sake of keeping this simple, you have stashed away $50,000 in your 401k. Today, the media tells you that this stock market that has all your money in it, has tanked. This all mighty number on the screen which is 100% controlled by the very people holding your money, now deems your $50,000 to be worth $10,000.
Did your money disappear? Is it gone? Then why are you doing nothing?

Here’s the short and sweet version. Just an fyi, this is directed to my fellow residents of the US as I can’t speak as to what’s happening else where.
The housing market will never fall back down because without any warning or knowledge of it happening, the purchasing of residential properties has now been opened to business acquisitions. Meaning Google and Amazon own some of the houses in your neighborhood that are now considered rental properties.

The stock market is a rigged game and it always has been. Your money isn’t gone. It didn’t become less valuable. They just simply decided that you can’t have it anymore. So now it belongs to them because WE DO NOTHING! They commit crimes and steal on a daily basis and we do absolutely nothing.

You put your money in a 401K so they can reinvest and make 10 fold the profits on it, and then pay you peanuts on the dollars for investing it... but you can't touch it for 40 years without paying hand over fist in taxes. The 401K is just their way of locking up your money so they can make money with your money.

Nope, the only person who handles my money is me. I invest in Forex, the stock market and Options with my own picks. I pay attention to the market and make decisions based on the direction of the candle sticks. I would never let some random company control my money.

For 401k and retirement, just invest in etf’s like Black Rock or Vanguard. No middle man required. Occasional dips like this week, but constant 10% gain each year.

It has gone down over the last couple of months. I was expecting a correction. My fund has been managed well however. My money has only lost 5-6% and the market is down ten percent at least.
It is inflation that is the big killer.

It has gone down, but I just switched to a different financial advisor, and when I received my first statement it went up instead if continuing to go down.
Granted it was only been 1 month but it was 1 month that it didn't go down more.

Most 401ks are based around an index surrounding the S&P500. Such index funds like Vanguard. They are algorithmically set to match a criteria. It's not just a random guy in a suit allocating your money the way he see's fit individually.

Look at VTI which is the total stock market fund. Zoom out to monthly candles. As you can see, the secular trend is upward. Why is this rigged against you?

Not for this argument and not for me, spend some time trying to prove yourself wrong for your own benefit. You seem like an intelligent person, so I’m assuming you have a VPN or know how to access one. Put yourself in a country that would not necessarily stand against the US, but would have no problem taking advantage of its downfall. Then start researching who actually owns all the farmland in the United States. An easy one is Bill Gates. The largest private farmland owner of United States farmland. A man who’s spent his life acquiring wealth does everything for a purpose.
Now how convenient is it that oil is so high right after a large scale strike of truckers at the exact same time that companies as large as FedEx intend on deploying driverless trucks? How about Amazon and Dominoes for driverless delivery. It could never happen on a large scale, right?…. Unless the cost difference was actually competitive……like right now.
