Prank Ideas for my stepdad?

My stepdad and I like to play practical jokes on each other. He's PTSD, so I can't do stuff that will make a loud noise he isn't expecting so bubble wrap jokes and things of that nature are out of the question. Ideas?

We had a neighbor who would get back at other kids by buying all sorts of fake stuff --- fake cockroaches, spiders, poop, etc --- and found very creative ways of startling them with it, such as putting it inside water glasses and on top of pizza.

So you wear a flesh tone bikini and get a couple of dudes to wear flesh toned speedos then you time it so that he walks in on you while you're taking it at both ends. :D
