Are feminine values compatible with (political) power?

I ask this question because a journalist Eric Zemmour who became candidates for the presidential election in my country made these statements.

I actually kind of agree that “Feminine values are incompatible with power and the embodiment of power." And that women "do not express power, they do not embody it."

But is masculine power always healthy or benevolent? The kind of "powerful" men who rule politics and business are motivated by competition, ego, greed, and personal success. They employ power grabbing, coercion and war. They take what they want and call it pragmatism.

The kinds of women who succeed in politics and corporate board rooms employ masculine traits and tactics.

Typical women are more into inclusivity. Traits like nurturance, sensitivity, compassion, supportiveness, cooperativeness, and empathy have been cited as stereotypically feminine.

So, while femininity may not fit the male paradigm, I wonder how much better the world would be if female attitudes were employed in decision making, conflict resolution, and pursuit of justice and human rights.

I don't agree with his statements. How can that be true when we observe the complete opposite happening? Women don't just embody their political power, they even thirst for more and more and more and it's never enough. This is female nature 101. Women have in-group preference, are more agreeable and would never trade one right for another, they would instead demand even more rights. All these traits can be observed in female politicians. Almost all European countries have at least a 50% of women in their governments. Some countries much more than that. And the percentage will only rise steadily until women have absolute power in the government, regardless of how many men are still in there. And I don't see any way this being reversed. Nurses and school teachers were once male-dominated jobs. Now they are female dominated and it will stay like this forever.

The most successful women I know, both in career and family, are gracious. Guys fall all over themselves and girl both like and respect sincerely gracious. These are usually quite talented, kind, and naturally a responsibility/problem-solver People. I'm talking International Oil and PHARMA type people.

Most women have a care-based morality and then to turn everything a glorified day center. Welfare states. Look the publics mostly women teach in it. It doesn't mean they are usually it's just they have a different role compared to men. Most Men have a justice-based morality which is better for a leader.

No but they tend towards security at any cost even when conflict would be more rational.

Additionally, in my observation women don't often know how to exercise restraint when in positions of power and tend towards cruelty to subordinates. Men on the other hand have had to evolve with a high degree of restraint to survive. They know that even a subordinate can have claws if provoked.

Also, female aggression more often takes the form of reputation destruction, even when unjustified, and does nothing to electric the discourse. I wonder if it might be part of why people are becoming more tribalistic and it's less and less common to see any bipartisan cooperation.
