Are all workplaces such as in retail full of fake coworkers and supervisors?

Im so tired of these fake people. For instance the bosses. Many are just bosses cause they wanna have power over others. My two recent female bosses for example are so creepy. I don't know if anyone else has felt that but i know i do. I also am leaving my current job cause i refuse to be undersome creepy cuny any longer. I went to a job with male bosses and imso excited
Those dyke/feminazi creepy "females" can go ruin each other.
