Why exactly did the American colonists🇺🇸 throw the British🇬🇧 tea☕ into the Boston Harbor🚢 again?

They had no issue with the French and Dutch tea, which they smuggled in. So what was wrong with the British tea?

Didn't the British government lower the tea tax and try to do them a favor?

I'm not American so can somebody please help me on this?

They didn't, it's a myth. The tea was never "British" it was owned by a private company, the East India Company which was abroad ships partially owned by Americans. The company was given a tax break and this is what Triggered the Americans.
Neither did they throw the tea overboard, the boxes were too heavy. A few were broke open and handfuls sprinkled overside.
It was the insignificant actions of a few men nothing more but over the decades the myth grew.
