Why are people who activist get so much hate despite trying to raise very important cause?

You will always have people with an opposing opinion. If you didn't, there would be no reason to be an activist to begin with.

I dont hate people that believe in the climate change narrative. I just think most of it is wrong or we are preached to by hypocrites flying around in private jets.

I get it but when people have a go at someone for raising issue yet say hypocrite if they even drive car despite raising awareness for bigger issues

I am not talking about driving a car. But look at the celebrities you hear saying you should drive an electric car while flying to a summit on climate change alone on their own private jet. Not everyone can afford an electric car and the resources to build the battery still harms the environment. So why should I feel bad for driving a gas car that gets good mileage and that I can afford? I don't. I won't personally attack you or anyone else for their opinion. I'll gladly speak up and tell you why I think it is wrong though.
