I think it’s good and bad. I’m both pro life and pro choice.
Now there are 13yr old girls, women who are pregnant because of rape and women who may die in childbirth that can’t have an abortion.
Teenage girls should not be expected to carry a baby, women who were raped should not have to go through that trauma and women who may die in child birth should not be expected to die.
I don’t like abortion. I think it’s heartbreaking and horrible. I could never have one myself. And I don’t believe that perfectly healthy women carrying perfectly healthy babies should be allowed to murder them.
I also believe that pregnant women in poverty should receive government care and support to put their babies up for adoption, if that’s what they choose.
I believe that if you have sex, then you consent to pregnancy. You know there’s always a risk, so if you fall pregnant, that’s on you and you have to take full responsibility. And if you fail to use protection, then to hell you should kill a child over that. Put it up for adoption and don’t be selfish.
Abortion is so heartbreaking but sadly, sometimes it’s necessary. Only under special circumstances should you be allowed an abortion and there should be a maximum of weeks in which you can.
Babies grow and develop so quickly. They really are living beings, even in the womb. They move, they sleep, they kick, they eat, they practice breathing, etc.. Their mother is their home and they know her even before birth. That’s special.115 Reply- +1 y
I can see what you're saying. I think it's horrible but you have way more sense then half the people on this site.
I really feel for people who have been raped it breaks my heart. But I also think that is a innocents life and there could be other options. I think abortion is traumatizing as well and many times pressured into it.
I do agree sometimes if to save the life of the mother when they are both are going to die is horrible and heartbreaking and those situations I can understand but never taken lightly. - +1 y
I do think that all children should have a chance to live even if foster care though. I don't feel like even in rape that it is the childs fault. I understand that is horrible. But there are some mothers who say what they went through was HORRIBLE but their child was the best thing that ever happened.
https://barnetteforsenate.com/ she was a child born of rape and ran for congress. Dr. Oz beat her though which is sad since she was better of a choice - +1 y
It is horrible and I agree, a lot of people are pressured into it.
There’s not many other options for someone who has been raped. Carrying the child of someone who did such a thing to you would be so traumatic and hard to get over. So many people would end up committing suicide.
Someone who has gone through that is already so traumatised, so hurt and struggling. They should not be expected to carry the baby of someone who has ruined their life and done a horrific thing to them. That is so damaging and dangerous. - +1 y
I do understand that don't get me wrong. I just don't think it is the fault of the child. As well as how traumatizing abortions many times are. There are pro life centers that do help women through tough times in their lives.
But you really have reasoning behind what you say. I don't 100 percent agree with it but you're smarter then a LOT of people on this site.
I promise you that - +1 y
You're welcome
- +1 y
I get what you're saying. I just know that it is a bad situation. I just don't think the child deserves to die. I feel horrible though.
I do know the abortion it's self will cause a lot of pain though - +1 y
I 100% agree with what you said.

Absolutely.
- +1 y
Yea it is really sad

You are welcome

You're killing innocent people by forcing them to carry fetuses incompatible with life and eptopic pregnancy kills both the child and the mother. If this excites you their blood is on your hands. If it excites you that the twelve year old girl who can't drive, vote, smoke, drink, work, or own a home and she's been raped by her step father and can no longer access safe healthcare to take the abusers unwanted, unloved, child into the world, and expected to be a "mother" you're sick. And if you think she should put the child up for adoption, you think a twelve year old should go through pregnancy? A child? What will the people at her school think? They will call her a whore, a skank, easy. You think it's going to be easy on her body too? Her hips aren't wide enough to deliver it, they are gonna have to cut her open, a procedure commonly done while awake. A child, cut open? Do you want her to breastfeed too with her underdeveloped child breasts? Fuck no. "Well maybe she should have kept her legs closed and covered up"
A twelve year old? What is wrong with you. Their blood is on your hands.
You're going to hell just the same way you think they are for you are an accomplice in the murder of living breathing humans with thoughts and feelings. Life begins at first breath and it says it in the good book and if you did your fucking research you would know God isn't against it like you think he is. In fact in Judaism, it's mandatory if the child is a risk to the mother, the mother comes first. There is no ban on abortion in Islam.
If you stop caring about the life once it's born then you aren't pro life you're pro birth. If you were pro life you would invest in supporting more affordable healthcare and motherhood benefits, as well as childcare, accessible contraception, mental health and rehab funding, homeless shelters, food drives, things to keep kids out of the streets and out of foster care. - +1 y

Anonymous(30-35)+1 yI'm not pro life, but I think the bullshit "gender equality" and "bodily autonomy" arguments that pro choice folks have been pushing have zero merit and have been a complete failure.
If women want to have true autonomy and control over their choices and lives, they need to start supporting autonomy and choice for men too. The time for the disingenuous arguments women have used to date is long gone now. It's time for rational women and men to start working together to defeat the religious right, and that will never happen as long as women continue their same strategy of flipping men the bird. If women want men to be their allies, women need to start being men's allies too, something they have never done before.11 Reply- +1 y
At least people have some common sense. Aren't just for just blindly for something even if I don't agree with it.
Anonymous(36-45)+1 yi honestly don't think many expected it would ever actually happen , so its still rather hard to believe. it will take some time until we really know what the new reality is

+1 yAnd you guys love to say that while randomly getting pregnant by different guys, some of whom you know the first name, and then just go get a free abortion. Well, now it's a pill a day sweetheart. Even if it's gonna give you a headaches trying to remedy such a difficult new task. And by the way: we need a serious scientific investigation into the fact that "the more ugly she is -- the more upset about this she is"!!! Some of the baby murderers (x-babymurderers) on YouTube tictoc etc literally look like a dump truck just spilled them out!!

Do I do that? No I don't stop making baseless assumptions
- +1 y
In fact if you seen my posts you would see that I attack men acting like this too. But you want to accuse me of doing things I don't.
Excuse me it takes two to make a child. Both people are responsible for the child. A mans easy way out is to run away and not pay child support a woman's is abortion - +1 y
I have never once knocked up a girl and even if I did I would take responsibility for MY OWN actions
- +1 y
A pill a day keeps the baby away my friend
- +1 y
or just not having sex and I don't have to worry about it at all my enemy
- +1 y
A pill a day...
- +1 y
Fine! Then we don't need abortions then. Do we?
- +1 y
It don't stop STD's. I bet you feel like a empty shell. I bet you feel like a low life and disgusting and the only way to even be happy anymore is sex.
w
What a shame - +1 y
Lol you got it. 🤣 we don't!! We don't need to murder babies. And now it's even determined by Supreme Court
- +1 y
Well amen there. I just have a problem with you calling all men out like that. When I am not like that and many aren't. That is like saying all women are whores which isn't true either
- +1 y
I'm just really happy the baby sacrifices are stopping and the stupid people have to figure out what the rest of us automatically know
- +1 y
That's true. But sex outside marriage is the leading cause for abortions
- +1 y
And now the sluts will use a condom so it's all good
- +1 y
Yea that is much better. That or they are going on "sex strikes" like good what we wanted years ago
- +1 y
I'm married and as long as he doesn't go on strike I'm good
- +1 y
Well then you're fine then. Sorry.
- +1 y
No worries
Anonymous(25-29)+1 yNervous. I’ve always thought abortion was morally wrong but Roe was one of the landmark cases our implied right to privacy was based on. Most of our decisional and informational privacy was built on the same legal theory that the court just found faulty in overturning Roe. It seems inevitable that broader privacy rights will fall in its wake. This may be a case of be careful what you wish for.
00 Reply7.6K opinions shared on Society & Politics topic. I don't agree with the banning of abortion because I think there are better ways of dealing with abortion but what really worries me is that they have essentially removed what was keeping federal vaccine mandates away.
07 Reply- +1 y
At least you have common sense. In fact that did give us some argument but it was more about proving their hypocrisy. At least you know what Roe V Wade really was though.
BUT... I am not for infanticide either - +1 y
If we want stop the infanticide, we need to target the pro-abortion sentiment. We need to normalize being careful with who we have sex with, making sure you use any and all contraception you have access to and abstinence if at all possible.
I understand that RVW might have become a thing due to bad court procedure (I hear even RBG has her criticisms of RVW but the pro-abortion crowd will never admit it), but I was really hoping these judges would know that Americans need their medical privacy. It's their 4th amendment right but politicians don't give a shit about THOSE constitutional rights, just those that are not specified. - +1 y
You're right... Yea they don't want to be responsible adults though.
- +1 y
Most women are capable adults capable of making their own decisions. Most women don't need some dumb knuckle dragging white knight who she knows is not defending her because she is right but to try and get you to sleep with her.
- +1 y
A lot of these pro death people... That is exactly how they are
