My mind is in a different area when it comes to this topic. As someone that is in my 60s, I remember a much different America. One thing that bothers me is most folks think there is a virtue in "telling it like it is". I was raised to believe if you can't say something good about someone keep your pie hole closed. Basic respect for life and another person's work is almost nonexistent today! Food service people WILL spit in others' food. I could go on and on. Just understand I am NOT saying that politics, in general, is why this seems to be happening. In my view, human society is suffering horribly primarily because we stopped teaching our children to respect others decades ago!

As I write this I am reminded of something that happened to me several years ago in a local Walmart. I was on my way to a camping trip and stopped to get a few items. I stood quietly as the male cashier was spending more time talking to another person than handling my transaction. When he was finished he actually threw my change at me. I had paid with 2 20s and had about $18 coming back. My change went everywhere. I never once opened my mouth. EXCEPT I walked to the greeter and said I wanted to speak to an asst manager.
