Some people are very conscious of their body language and use it to fool people who think body language is a dead giveaway. Body language also depends on the person's mental state and level of intoxication. It is not a reliable indicator. I know a couple of people who used to be cops about 20 years ago. They lied through their teeth in polygraph interviews for police depts where they also observed body language. The polygraph and body language tests can be easily be fooled if the person remains aware of their reactions.
VERY IMPORTNANT!!! When you really know what you're looking for. It is more of a skill that you either get or you don't get... Some people are born with it while others have to be extensible trained.

It’s a very general outline but you can’t come to any conclusions from it. I purposefully make most things I say or do sound like a lie so that there’s no difference when I tell the truth
If I think someone's acting wrong somehow, I'm not hanging around them. You should trust your gut. But am I gonna report them to the police for it? No. That wouldn't do anything anyway.
Big time as non-verbals have to coincide with both verbal and actions. Only sociopath and psychopath can not show any stress under blue light or work interaction etc…. They can mirror what they see…
