How do people deal with those people who have problems speaking certain words? Or lets say they have the problem of slurred speech?

How these problems affect their professional life as well as they personal life?

I will be honest that I have a bit of a problem with the words starting with 'd' like detection (the most prominent one). The tongue movement is so minuscule for this word that I just need to take a pause and they speak this word separately. Honestly.

I had problems with 'k' words too, but that got solved.
