No.. Men cannot get pregnant.. Women who chose to take hormones and mutilate their bodies can get pregnant. But biological men simply cannot get pregnant.. And as to the rest of your comment i agree with you. Its why i left the goddamn party behind 6 years ago.

Obviously men cannot get pregnant! Trans-men can get pregnant, and there used to be nothing wrong with saying that! Even though I’m 19, I actually remember when it was not just okay to say that, it was wonderful to say that, because it meant that you were accepting of trans-men! Today, however if you don’t actually believe that a person can change their gender just by how they feel that day, then you are a bigot! If you don’t truly believe with all your heart that the 6’4” highly muscular, deep voiced person with the 5 o’clock shadow is a REAL woman, who is just as female and dainty and feminine as your own sweet mother… then you are a bigot!
This kind of stuff is why, although I am STILL very much a liberal, I am in NO WAY a Democrat anymore! What upsets me is although I’m still same person I have always been, the Democrat party has moved SO far left that even by just standing in the exact same spot politically, THEY have essentially moved the center line so far more to the left, they’ve literally left me to the right of that center line, and that REALLY pisses me off! I am a proud progressive liberal, but the party my family have been members of for generations, has made us essentially center-right, and they left us looking positively conservative by comparison!

Anything medical is up to anyone to disclose as they see fit but doesn't reflect on the individual identify. An extreme example being someone "deserving" cancer as an identify trait.
The same can be said with pregnancy. A born women who wants to be a mother of 12 can be sterile. That's as possible as a trans male getting pregnant 12 times. Your identify and who you introduce yourself is independent of your own body. No different how we are talking now on the internet or in person.
Yes, with current medical technology it's borderline possible for a man to be pregnant.
Long term it is a issue that needs to be dealt with politically.
If it's the right priority of the time of politicians is a different matter.
Still, remember that it might be easier to get things done that's *not* hot potato topics, and it might make other issues possible.
This issue might in itself not be that important but it might help solve other issues that's more important by forging political alliances.

If you are talking about a biological female that identifies as a man and has not had a sex change then sure. But if you are talking about a biological male, the answer is no. Because even after a sex change a man will not be a biological female and they will not have the ability to get pregnant. Because a sex change does not change a persons biological make up and cause them to grow functional sex organs of the gender they transitioned to.
Yes, it is possible. In fact, I saw an hour long TV program where they filmed this pregnant man, his wife, and the little girl he gave birth to. In, fact, he has two daughter's now and he carried both of them.
