Men during pregnancy?

I’m 7 months pregnant and my husband is super excited but I’m worried about him. He has a lot going on at work and with his family, a lot of people depend on him and that’s our life for right now. He always is put together and every now and then I wonder what he’s going through too. I want him to know although I’m super pregnant, I’m still here for him and I see him. He doesn’t talk his own feelings much so I don’t push. What are some things men have wondered or been afraid to ask your partner? I think a lot of men are afraid to seem anything than put together and excited but I’m sure there’s a million other emotions. How can I help? I have a little girl from a relationship before I met my husband but this is his first child.

Use your words and ask. Most people won't come to you with their problems or concerns. They may not even open up when asked, but asking at least shows your caring and kind intentions.

From the little I know of men, all the ones in my life will never tell you when they're going through things, typically they bottle everything up for years and nobody has a clue how they feel. The only way I've been able to get men to open up is to simply hang out with them and genuinely try to have a good time. Don't ask questions, just let them open up when they're ready. Trust me, its harder than it sounds lol

Thank you lol no this sounds about right!! They normally don’t open up especially when asked, of course I’ve tried talking to him and trying to help! But I’m also not going to keep on! I just worry about him and maybe I should try to just have a normal afternoon with him and not ask? I don't know lol

If he is a typical man, it will be like talking to a brick wall. You will have to force out of him what is wrong.
