This breaks a record for most Mexican and Central American visa workers in exchange for $1.5B dollars towards the wall.
300,000 Mexican and Central American workers will be receiving working visas which is more than any other president in history. AMLO, president of Mexico, is paying $5,000 per person.

$1.5B is only out of $11B so far the wall has costed us.
