But other male colleagues who are like me an employer, they can’t see the earnings, promotions….
I feel this in my work environment
Anyone can be a good, bad or okay employee, gender does not really come into it with vast majority of jobs.
its the persons, skills, aptitude, ability to work alone or part of a team.
I’ve worked with very good engineers both guys and girls.
If a person ticks those boxes then yes they are welcomed, those who cannot are a bit of a pain.
Not in my environment as they are too emotional. Always the ones to run to HR etc... I know one girl with traditional Values that the Eldest help out... She has risen to Operations Manager... and smart too.
You mean there should be some one who can help in order to be promoted?
The good places are. The places who don’t welcome women are the places you wouldn’t want to be around anyway.

I've seen women colleagues slap men on the asses before, as recently as a few months ago.
If a man were to do that in 2022, they'd be fired and prosecuted.
Hell, if a man does so much as smile at a women wrong, the same thing can happen.
Woman are definitely more welcomed, if by nothing else but the fact they have support groups inside work that simply don't exist for men.
As long as they perform their job well and their attitude is ok, I do.
I handle a small team, mixed genders. I have never looked at the gender in terms of work.
Besides your well being, I look at the input/contributions you do, and the output you produce. No special treatment because of gender.
no, we have to walk around them on eggshells to keep from getting a trip to HR and they get promoted even when they hardly come to work, we have to do all the hard work so we can say they are treated fairly just to avoid the company getting sued. I want to go work for a company that is small enough not to fall under EEOC so i don't haev to work around women
I have met a few women who were outstanding but the majority of women rely on their vaginas and tits to advance their career.
My work place hires every woman who applies but none of them are able to do the work. No kidding, every woman quits within a month.
Hard physical, dangerous, work has to get done and women just aren't up to it.
Generally, yeah. I think women are a lot more welcomed than the media and society would have you believe.
They are too welcomed in my opinion. They can get away with murder just for being a woman. Not all of em take advantage of the power structure that way, but enough do…
Trust on them? I dont know. Stats do show a shrinking marginalization of women in salary and promotions.
Kindergarten = all women , are u saying they aren't welcomed by other women?
No, by men
Some women are very good workers. And who wants to work in a sausage factory?
The one who needs the salary
Did you mean salami?
No
Salary, wage
I know what a salary is, I was just yanking your chain.
I work with nearly all women and men are odd one's out
Nurse

yep
If we can get them and they're up to scratch, yes.
@selena1987 what does your update mean? There are fewer promotions and earnings opportunities?
I mean employees can trust on us
But other male colleagues who themselves are like me employed are jealous of women
They think the money I earn should be theirs because they have wife and kids and I don’t need the salary as they do
I don't know if that's your perception or reflects their attitudes. I don't really see how you earning money affects their income unless you're doing a better job than they and taking a promotion they feel entitled to. In which case, if you weren't there they'd still have competition from the other males and it's not so much you they resent than competition for the extra resources they need. Funding a family is stressful.
Yes...
Trust... That's a big word.
In The Office it seems like it
Why wouldn't they be?
Huh? Obviously.
I would think so
sure
