If government refuses to do its job, can we put our taxes in an escrow account until they do?

I know we have at least one or two people with a legal background who are qualified to answer this. You are never going to get a quicker response from the hive of scum and villainy than you will if you interrupt their revenue stream, bonus points if you teach a lot of other people how to.

I don’t mean issues of partisan politics; I mean powers enumerated in the federal constitution or expressly not in same because they are enumerated elsewhere or reserved to the states. What about local or state governments duties to fix roads and bridges? Federal duty to defend our borders? Federal duty not to debase the currency? Treasury’s duty to do the job that IRS abrogated in its creation? Federal government’s duty to close all the illegal unelected bureaucracy it has grown over the years.

Once when i lived with my mother the town refused to plow our end of the street. I called the DPW and told them i would hire my own snow plow and deduct the bill from my property taxes. I imagine that was not why they came right beck and plowed us out but it was sort of funny.

The government is liable to schedule a military parade down your ass before you get off without paying taxes, that is unless you are a multi billion dollar company with creative accounting. This is especially true since laws are only maintained for as long as the government feels like it, they are actually under no real obligation to honor their own damn rules if they dont want to since they are also the same ones who enforce it.

The rules come from the government, therefore they decide right or wrong and you holding that up makes you in the wrong.

The best part is it wouldn’t matter if there was a nationwide tax rebellion, because they would just print or type more. Government would continue shoving the red white and blue dildo where it hurts no matter what wealth or resources they could or could not extract at gunpoint from the citizens.
