If gender is fluid as woke folk claim, why is there a wage gap?

What if I were to te ll you that the wage gap is actually only there because women don't ask for raises anywhere near as often as men do, AND women almost never take the highest payong jobs because they tend to be more dangerous or require insane hours. The vast majority of women prefer nice calm jobs where they have between 30 and 40 hour weeks and plenty of vacation days for family and friends, and they often take a lot of time off for children.

Men end up making more money only because they are spending more hours and taking more dangerous jobs. But if only a woman knows what a woman is, then I guess only someone who is treated unfairly knows what fair pay lol

Of course, the reality is that the vast majority of people in that group literally know what a woman is. They just don't want to start admitting anything they say might be contradictory in case the whole thing starts falling apart (which it does).

It is also interesting to know that identifying as woman somehow doesn't automatically increase pay. AND Bruce Jenner logically should have lost incomr by identifying as a woman, right? But I think he's richer now than ever... and that's after he was alresdy famous for sports... and had children... and his hormone levels were declining anyway.

The gender fluid thing really just another way men are trying to control women, and they don't realize it. Which is pretty hilarious.

A few other things. Women tend to be primary care givers of children. I’ve known men whose wives took maternity leave even when they made more than their husbands and he offered to be a stay at home dad.

And this figure might need to be adjusted for inflation, but I read in the ‘90’s that if a married woman makes $200,000 per year, there’s a 96% chance her husband has a job. If a man makes $200,000 per year, there’s a 13% chance his wife works.

These are two myths combined into one. If you look at education, time on the job, hours worked, etc., the wage gap is only about 3%. I was the highest paid of about sixty people in a previous job. I was also ninth in seniority and worked the most overtime. This was in addition to having a second job.

Gender isn’t fluid. I was born with male genitalia. I’ve always had it. It never disappeared and came back.

I agree with most of what you said. Where I disagree is that there is a 3% wage gap. I think there is a 0% wage gap. It’s a myth.

However if there is a wage gap, then women can just identify as men. Problem solved. Because gender is fluid according to woke folk.
