Why do feminists still push this stupid idea that the wage gap exists and its due to sexism?

Seriously I want to know this. Because statistically women are less likely to ask for raises, less likely to negotiate for higher pay, more likely to pick jobs that pay less, more likely to take time off, more likely to call in sick, less likely to work beyond 40 hours, and so on.

It's been illegal since the 60's to discriminate on the basis of sex when it comes to wages. Every study that has come out suggesting the wage gap exists fails to include things like personal choice, they literally take the wages earned by all men, divided by the wages earned by all women and call it the wage gap which is dishonest at best.

Here is the funny Stat.. Women between the ages of 18 and 25 actually earn more than their male counterparts.

Research from the Economic Policy Institute, a nonpartisan think tank, shows that "working women are paid less than working men" and that "gender discrimination" contributes to this gap, but that other factors, often overlooked, contribute to the gap. These factors include the fact that women tend to work different hours, have less experience and have majored in different subjects than their male workplace counterparts. Pew's 2016 report noted, "Research shows that a majority of each of these gaps can be explained by differences in education, labor force experience, occupation or industry and other measurable factors."

This is exactly why I have zero respect for most feminists.
