No. Roe V Wade being overturned means that the federal government can't make laws on abortion. That's ALL that it means. If your state has made abortion legally count as murder, then yes, you would be susceptible to charges on that account- *provided that law was passed after Roe was overturned*. If not, the Constitution gives you ex post facto protection; you can't be charged for something that was legal at the time you did it.
